The World’s Only Multi-Material 3D Printing Systems
Here at 3D Printing Services Canada we love our Objet 3D Printers! These top of the line 3D Printers allow us to deliver the highest quality parts to our customers, fitting both their time requirements and their budgets. The capabilities of Objet 3D Printers are almost endless, as with every new project we acquire, new applications are being discovered.
Here at 3D Printing Services Canada we use a variety of 3D Printers, but for functionality and accuracy our Objet 3D Printers are our first choice. Polyjet Matrix Technology and the Connex 500 printer has made it possible to create multi-material 3D models, that best represent the end-use product being prototyped.
The Objet Connex500™ is Objet’s pioneering multi-material 3D printer. It features a large build tray size (500 x 400 x 200mm), it allows both designers and engineers to quickly and cost effectively build 3D Prototypes to imitate their end-product closer than any other technology.
What is unique about Objet Connex?
Using Objet’s patented simultaneous multi-material jetting technology, the Objet Connex500 can print models made of up to 14 different materials, in a single print job. Perfect for engineers and designers, the varying material components in complex or assembled products can be effectively highlighted.
Freedom to Select your Own Materials
From an unrivalled range of over 60 materials including up to 51 Digital Materials™, the Objet Connex500 allows you to simulate diverse mechanical and physical properties, from flexible to hard plastic; transparent to opaque; and standard to ABS-grade engineering plastics.
The Objet Connex500 features:
Office convenience – Quiet system, using fully-sealed REACH compliant cartridges that are easy to load and unload
Reliability and robustness – at least 72 hours of non-stop build capacity
600 DPI X & Y resolution
Large-size build tray of 500 x 400 x 200mm – enabling printing of large parts in a single build or many small parts on a single tray
Different parts. Different materials. Same tray – saves time and serves multiple requirements simultaneously
High throughput – Up to 20mm per hour per strip
High speed – simultaneously print multiple items of different materials; models cure while printing; models can be handled immediately after print
Easy-to-remove support material enabling complex geometries
Multi-material models – eliminating the need to design, print and glue separate model elements together
